　　2. When using, the number of centrifuge tubes should be determined according to the model of the centrifuge. If a centrifuge with two casings is used for a single test, the same volume of liquid must be filled in the other centrifuge tube to maintain balance.

　　3. The centrifuge tube needs to be compatible with the centrifuge. According to the configuration of the centrifuge, use the appropriate length and thickness of the centrifuge tube.

　　4. After the centrifuge tube is put into the casing of the centrifuge for layered separation, when the rotation is stopped, it must be allowed to stop naturally, and it must not be forced to stop by external force.

　　5. When using centrifuge tubes, do not use one tube multiple times.

　　6. Centrifuge tubes that are not in use temporarily should be sealed well during storage.

　　Most of the compliance laboratories can be qualified in terms of environment, remind you to pay attention to:

       1. When using a centrifuge tube for centrifugation in the experiment, do not place any substance on the centrifuge cover. After each use, be sure to clean the inner cavity and rotor.

　　2. If the high-speed microcentrifuge to be used has not been used for a long time, the centrifuge cover should be opened for a period of time before use to dry the inner cavity.
