　　In some cases, such as carton labeling, inline labelers use brushes and low-density foam rollers to apply the labels. However, for pressure-sensitive label applications, such as film labels on glass/plastic/wine bottles, brushes and low-density foam pressing rollers are not recommended, because the labeling requirements at this time are to achieve no bubbles on the labeling surface, no air ruffled. These devices do not apply enough pressure on the label surface to completely expel the air under the label.

　　Slowly apply enough pressure from the edge of the label to the trailing edge to ensure that the label is truly "adherent".

　　2. The steps of using the labeling machine

　　Turn on the main power switch. Turn on the power switch on the left side of the labeling machine. After the labeling machine is turned on, enter the password on the touch screen to enter the system. After the label paper is installed on the labeling machine, various parameters can be adjusted through the touch screen. Debug the position of the electric eye of the object to be measured, and adjust the sensitivity of the electric eye of the target. Adjust the appropriate speed. The labeling position is adjusted to ensure that the peeling part of the label is aligned with the labeling position. Press the run button and the system runs.
