　　4. Tilt the head slightly, and slowly insert the swab along the bottom of the lower nasal passage by 1 to 1.5 cm, stick it to the nasal cavity and rotate it four times for at least 15 seconds, and repeat the same operation for the other nasal cavity.

　　5. Put the swab head into the elution tube and rotate it six times. Squeeze the wall of the elution tube at least five times, and the whole process should not be less than thirty seconds.

　　6. Put four drops of the liquid in the elution tube into the sample hole of the test card, and start timing for 15 minutes. If the test result is negative, a red band will appear in area C; if the test result is positive, red bands will appear in both areas C and T; if there is no red band in area C, the test is invalid.

If the test result of the community residents is negative, all swabs, elution tubes, test cards, etc. after use should be put into sealed bags and disposed of as general garbage; if the test result is positive, Hand it over to medical institutions for treatment as medical waste.
