Machine Usage:

　　It is mainly used for automatic detection of visible foreign objects (glass chips, metal chips, fiber, silicone oil residue, hair, white spots, white pieces, etc.) and defects in liquid level and bottle wall in ampoule injection, oral liquid, and aqueous injection in xylin bottle. Non-standard design can be customized according to the customer's finished product.

　　Working Principle:

　　Adopt the principle of machine vision to detect visible foreign objects. The product to be inspected is braked to be static when rotating at high speed, and the industrial camera continuously takes photos to obtain multiple images, which are analyzed and compared by the computer system to determine whether the product to be inspected is qualified or not, and to automatically distinguish between qualified and unqualified products.

　　The product to be inspected → into the bottle → photoelectric detection area → spinning bottle → brake → photo → bottle separator according to the software instruction to distinguish between qualified and unqualified products → qualified and unqualified products out of the bottle respectively.
