　　Generally, the viscosity of the material decreases as the temperature rises. In order to facilitate material filling, the viscous sauce filling machine adopts high temperature filling. Therefore, the material box of the filling machine will be equipped with an insulation layer, and a material mixing mechanism will be installed in the material box.

　　The insulation layer of the material box of the filling machine is divided into two types: insulation cotton insulation layer and electric heating insulation layer according to different temperature change stability requirements. The principle of the insulation cotton insulation layer is to reduce the heat dissipation of the material to ensure the stability of the material temperature. The principle of the electric heating insulation layer is to offset the heat dissipation of the material through the heating of the electric heating wire, so as to ensure the constant temperature of the material.

　　The filling mechanism of the viscous sauce filling machine generally uses a plunger pump to supply and measure materials. The filling process is that the piston rod of the plunger pump moves backward, the material enters the piston cylinder, the reversing valve changes direction, and the piston cylinder communicates with the filling nozzle.

　　The piston rod moves forward to press out the material in the piston cylinder, so that the whole filling process is completed in this way. The feeding and metering method of the plunger pump uses the pressure of the piston rod and the power of the piston rod to flush out the resistance caused by the viscosity of the material, and press the material through the piston cylinder.

　　The viscous sauce filling machine is generally divided into two types: servo power type and cylinder power type according to the power form of the piston rod. The servo power type provides power for the piston rod through the servo motor and completes the measurement at the same time, and the cylinder power type provides power and measurement for the piston rod through the cylinder. Generally, servo-powered filling machines have higher filling accuracy than cylinder-powered filling machines.

　　Viscous sauce is not easy to use manual filling because of its high viscosity. The filling process of ordinary filling machine cannot offset the resistance caused by the viscosity of the material. Therefore, it is a good choice to use viscous sauce filling machine!
